LED Light Tube Packaging Machine

LED light tube packaging machines are used to encase packaged products in a specific number and arrangement. On an automatic packaging line, light tube packaging machines are core to the entire line’s operation, because, as they are not a piece of direct manufacturing equipment, they are still essential to automatic packaging for later transportation. Our LED light tube packaging machine places light tubes on foam packaging, with each tube separated by a layer of foam packaging. Each layer holds 5 light tubes, with each carton containing up to 5 layers.

• The LED light tube packaging machine is highly automated, and is able to work in conjunction with light tube wrapping machines.
• The machine is servo motor controlled.
• The packaged LED light tubes are surrounded by foam in order to protect against breaking or other damage during transportation.
