Headlight Packaging Machine

The headlight packaging machine is used to wrap headlights in a film, then gently place it in the carton for packaging in a process that requires only one operator. This equipment is capable of packaging 2,000 to 2,400 headlights per hour based on customer requirements.

This headlight packaging machine is capable of working in conjunction with a headlight assembly line, or operating independently. If operating individually, the halogen capsule is artificially placed in the feeding chain, or automatically fed from the tray using a manipulator. Although this equipment is adjustable based on the carton size, we do not recommend using it for more than one carton size, as each machine is designed specifically for one carton size. Frequent specification changes and adjustment will significantly decrease the packaging efficiency.
